Your PC BIOS might not be USB compatible. Your PC USB settings may not be enabled, or the motherboard may have USB options that are not supported by Windows 98, ME, or 2000. If you are not sure, please contact your PCs manufacturer.

Problem: Windows can’t locate the driver for the USB Fast Ethernet Adapter.

Solution: It is possible that the wrong driver is in your computer or the wrong drive is being selected. Otherwise, the CD may be defective or files may be missing. In this case, please contact your dealer for more info on how to obtain a Driver CD.

Question: I cannot see any other computer except my own on Network Neighborhood.

Answer: First, make sure the Ethernet cables are connected correctly. If you still cannot see any other computer on the Network Neighborhood, try changing to a new cable that you know is not defective.
