model number and serial number before contacting us. The model number is HREX2076.0. The serial number can be found on a decal attached to the exer- cise cycle (see the front cover of this manual for the location of the decal).
To avoid a registration fee for any service needed under warranty, you must register the exercise cycle at www.healthriderservice.com/registration.
