4.Pour les produits d’impression de HiTi, l’utilisation des cartouches de ruban non-HiTi ou le recharge d’une cartouche de ruban, du papier de photo ou des autocollants non-HiTi.

5.Lorsque HiTi reçoit une notification d’un défaut du logiciel, media ou la cartouche de l’encre pendant la période de garanti, HiTi remplacera le produit défectueux. Lorsque HiTi reçoit une notification d’un défaut du matériel qui est couvert par la garantie de HiTi, HiTi réparera ou remplacera le produit défectueux.

6.Si HiTi est incapable de réparer ou remplacer le produit défectueux qui est couvert par la garantie de HiTi, un remboursement du prix d'achat sera fait par HiTi.
