TV SCAN FUNCTION
The TV Scan function on this TV provides two modes, mode 3 and mode 12. To use this function allows you to enjoy the programs easily and comfortably.
While in a normal picture mode, press the TV SCAN button to enter mode 3 or mode 12.
Mode 3
Follow the steps on page 20 to enter the Function menu and then select the TV Scan option as shown on the right.
Press the ŻŹ cursor buttons to set the TV Scan option to mode 3, then quit the menu.
In normal TV mode, press the TV SCAN button to enter mode 3
The picture A will display the current moving picture. The speakers and the headphone jack output the sound from the picture A. The monitor out terminals output audio and video signals from the picture A.

The B1, B2, B3 will display all the unset skipping programs starting from program No.0 in sequence every several seconds.
When entering mode 3, you can select the picture A by pressing the program up/down buttons Ÿź or number buttons. As to B group (B1, B2, B3) pictures, you can press the ŸP+źP- buttons to select one of the pictures among the B1, B2, B3 picture. The color of program No. in the selected picture will turn from white to green. Then press the ENTER button, the picture selected in B group will be switched to the picture A.

In this mode, the A/B, SWAP and POSITION buttons are invalid.
Note: Not all input signal formats are valid for mode 3. Even if the signal may be displayed in TV mode before entering mode 3, it may not be displayed while in mode 3. In such case, the characters !Invalid Signal will appear in the picture A, or the symbol will appear in the picture B. This is normal.
