About LCD Display Technology
The following are common phenomena occurring when viewing LCD display devices due to its characteristics. Please note that these are not malfunctions.
Defective Spots on Panel
The LCD panel is manufactured with
Surface on Panel
The LCD panel displays images by the fluorescent lamps internally. This can raise the temperature of the display surface.
In addition, do not allow any heavy impact to the front of the panel because the LCD panel is made of high precision glass.
Use Under Low Temperature Conditions
Because of the structural characteristics of the LCD panel, the response speed of the LCD panel becomes slower when the ambient temperature becomes too low. In some cases, this may result in a residual image.
The residual image will disappear of its own accord as the temperature rises again to a normal level.
Before calling a service technician, check the following tables first. If the problem cannot be solved with the suggested procedures, contact your local dealer. For your safety, NEVER try to repair the product yourself.
When the Following Messages Appear on the Screen
