Changing the Duration of a
Long PRESS
1. Enter Supervisor mode according to your scale’s
instructions. See Entering Supervisor Mode (WP30)
or Entering Supervisor Mode (WC30).
2. Long PRESS the RIGHT ARROW []
key until you get to Function Code 29.
3. Short PRESS the [C] key. This tells the
World Scale that you are going to change
the Function Value.

When you are changing the Function Value to a number greater
than 9 (multiple positions), you must use the LEFT and RIGHT
ARROW keys to get to the next numeric position to enter your
number.
For example, you are trying to make the Long PRESS 1½ seconds.
Per the Function Codes table, the Function Value you must enter
is 150. Using the LEFT ARROW [] key, Short PRESS till you
are in the hundreds position, then Short PRESS the UP ARROW
[] to increment the value. Using the RIGHT ARROW [] key,
Short PRESS once to the tens position, then use the UP ARROW
[] to increment the value. Use the RIGHT ARROW [] once
more to get to the ones position.

your scale’s method:
Use the keypad for WC30 or the
ARROW keys for WP30.
5. Long PRESS the RIGHT ARROW [] key to get
World Scale to accept the change.
6. Exit Supervisor mode according to your scale’s instructions.
