ABDOMINAL CRUNCH

Exercise Instructions

Be seated and select desired exercise weight.

Adjust seat to proper height.

Place feet on footrest area.

Adjust resistance arm to desired beginning stretch position. Do this with left arm in user position and

Hold position momentarily before slowly returning to starting position.
