SERVICING YOUR GENERATOR

6. Remove the sediment cup by turning it counterclockwise.

Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive.

You can be burned or seriously injured when handling fuel.

Stop the engine and keep heat, sparks, and flame away.

Handle fuel only outdoors. Wipe up spills immediately.

7.Wash the sediment cup, O-ring and filter in nonflammable solvent, and dry them thoroughly.

8.Reinstall the filter, new O-ring, and sediment cup.

9.Reinstall the air cleaner base, and connect the breather hose with the air cleaner base.

10.Reinstall the paper air filter and air cleaner cover.

11.Close and latch the maintenance cover.
