Group Omit (User Type 3.6)

This option allows a type 3.6 type code to block omit all the omittable zones that are open at the end of the confirm time in a group or multiple groups. All zones in the required groups that have the omit attribute enabled are omitted when this option is selected. Groups can be omit- ted and reinstated without setting and unsetting the system.

On selecting the Group Omit Option the groups assigned to the user code and keypad are displayed as well as the omit status of each group (Y below the group indicates that it is omitted, N indicates that it is not omitted). To omit a group, press the required key. The letter beneath the group number changes from N to Y. To reinstate the group press the key to toggle from Y to N.

NOTE: The type 3.6 user must have group choice to enter Group Omit.

NOTE: The zones in the selected groups are omitted from the system as soon as the group is selected.

On returning to the banner the keypad displays the message ZONES OMITTED. Omitted zones remain omitted for one set period only or until they are manually reinstated to the system.
