Solving Common Problems

The following table lists possible problems, the possible cause of each problem, and the recommended solutions:

Power button LED is not on.

Make sure that the Power button is on, and the power cord is connected to a grounded

No Audio.

Make sure that the speaker audio cable and USB power cable are connected directly to the

 

computer.

 

NOTE: External speakers are not included with the monitor.
