Using the Expansion Base
Connecting an Optional Security Cable
✎The purpose of security solutions is to act as a deterrent. These solutions do not prevent the product from being mishandled or stolen.
✎Two Kensington security slots are provided. Use either security slot to connect an optional security cable and secure your Expansion Base.
1.With the notebook positioned in the Expansion Base, loop the security cable (purchased separately) around a secure object.
2.Insert the key into the security cable lock 1.
3.Insert the security cable lock into the Kensington security slot on the Expansion Base 2.
4.Turn the key to secure the cable.
