10Remove the two screws that secure the hard disk drive to the computer.
11Pull the hard drive out of the front of the computer.
12Remove the hard drive from the computer.
13Carefully remove the replacement hard disk drive from the electrostatic bag and place the failed hard disk drive into the bag.
