Using the CD-RW Drive, Click My Computer

When you click the Media Guide or the Radio Tuner features, Windows Media Player connects to the Internet and obtains information about the CD selections or streaming radio stations.

For more information on this software, refer to the online Help within the Windows Media Player program. To view the Help menu:

1Insert a CD in the drive. The Windows Media Player window opens.

If the Windows Media Player window does not automatically open, click Start on the taskbar, select All Programs, and then select Windows Media Player.

2Click the Help menu in the Windows Media Player menu bar.

Using the CD-RW Drive

Using the CD-RW drive, you can play a CD, or record onto a recordable disc (CD-R or CD-RW).

Note: The CD-RW drive is available on select models only.

1Press the Eject button on the door of your CD-RW drive, and place a CD in the center of the CD-RW disc tray.

2Close the disc tray by gently pushing the tray into the computer.

3Click Start on the taskbar.

4Click My Computer.

5Double-click the CD Drive icon.
