-f

Force upgrade. Used primarily to downgrade to an earlier firmware version. If the IO Accelerator

 

driver is not loaded, this option also requires the -doption.

-l

Lists firmware available in the archive.

-c

Clears locks placed on a device.

-p

Pretend. Shows what updates are done. The firmware is not modified.

-q

Runs the update process without displaying the progress bar or percentage.

-y

Confirm all warning messages.

-s

Updates devices in selected slots, using ‘*’ as a wildcard for boards. The slots are in the following

 

format: [[[[<domain>]:]<bus>]:][<slot>][.[<func>]]

All three external LED indicators light up during the update process.

CAUTION: Use the -foption with care because it might damage your board.

CAUTION: Use the -dand -soptions with care because updating a device in the wrong slot might damage it.
