6.Drag and drop your files between your Pocket PC and Windows Explorer. ActiveSync converts the files so they can be used by the Pocket Office programs, if necessary.
ÄCAUTION: You should move your files directly into My Documents or into a folder inside your My Documents folder, so the programs on your iPAQ Pocket PC can find your files.
