Resetting HP Tunes
To reset the HP Tunes utility:
1 | Close Media Center. |

2 | Click Start | on the taskbar, and then |
select Windows Media Player. Follow any onscreen instructions to set up Windows Media Player if you have not done so already.
3 Display the Windows Media Player menu bar by clicking the down arrow at the top of the window and then selecting Show

4 Click the Tools menu, choose

10 Use the arrow buttons on the remote control or the arrow keys on the keyboard to select a song, and then press OK on the remote control or the Enter key on the keyboard to play a song.
11 If you encounter issues and can navigate to the HP Tunes Help window, you can click the Reset button. This will shut down Media Center and close HP Tunes and iTunes. After using this button, you may need to reset the HP Tunes utility by following the previous procedure.
