Remote control does not operate | 1. Ensure the remote control is |

| 2. The two AAA batteries may need to |
| be replaced. |
| 3. Verify that the batteries are |
| installed properly. |

Remote mouse does not operate | Make sure the USB cable is connected |
computer | to both the computer and the projector. |

| select how the image should be |
