Ouvrez le menu Paramètres du Windows Media Center sur le téléviseur : Appuyez sur le bouton Média, sélectionnez Paramètres dans le menu Média principal, puis appuyez sur OK. Sélectionnez Windows Media Center, puis appuyez sur OK. Le menu apparaît à l’écran.

!Pour réinitialiser l’Extender, sélectionnez Configurer l’Extender, puis appuyez sur OK. Suivez les instructions à l’écran.

!Pour modifier l’ordinateur pour la fonction Extender, sélectionnez Supprimer les informations de configuration, puis appuyez sur OK. Suivez les instructions à l’écran.

Lorsque le menu apparaît de nouveau, sélectionnez Configurer l’Extender, puis appuyez sur OK. Suivez les instructions à l’écran pour configurer le nouvel ordinateur.

Utilisation du Windows Media Center Extender

Une fois la configuration du Windows Media Center Extender sur l’ordinateur terminée, lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton vert Démarrer Media Center de la télécommande (ou que vous sélectionnez l’icône dans le menu Média principal), la fenêtre du Windows Media Center s’affiche sur le téléviseur.

Le Windows Media Center doit être ouvert sur l’ordinateur. Pour l’ouvrir à partir du téléviseur : Appuyez sur Média, sélectionnez Paramètres, puis appuyez sur OK. Sélectionnez Windows Media Center, puis appuyez sur OK. Sélectionnez Lancer l’Extender, puis appuyez sur OK.

Utilisez les boutons fléchés, OK et Retour de la télécommande MediaSmart pour parcourir les menus du Windows Media Center et lire des fichiers multimédias, comme lorsque vous pointez la télécommande du Windows Media Center vers l’ordinateur.

Si votre ordinateur a un tuner TV et qu’il est branché

àune source de signal TV, vous pouvez également contrôler des émissions de télévision en direct ou enregistrées :

!Appuyez sur TV en direct pour afficher le menu TV en direct du Windows Media Center.

!Appuyez sur un bouton Canal (CH+ ou CH–) pour changer de chaîne lorsque vous regardez la télévision en direct.

!Appuyez sur Enregistrement(s) pour afficher le menu Enregistrement(s) du Windows Media Center.

!Appuyez sur Guide pour afficher le Guide des programmes du Windows Media Center.

!Appuyez sur Enregistrer pour commencer l’enregistrement d’un programme que vous êtes en train de regarder, ou pour marquer l’enregistrement d’un programme dans le Guide des programmes du Windows Media Center.

!

Les boutons TV en direct, Guide et Enregistrer requièrent un ordinateur avec un tuner TV et un signal TV en direct.

Pour connaître tous les boutons de la télécommande que vous pouvez utiliser pour cette fonction, reportez- vous à la section « Utilisation du bouton vert Démarrer Media Center » à la page 45.

Pour quitter la fenêtre Windows Media Center, effectuez l’une des actions suivantes à l’aide des boutons de la télécommande :

!Appuyez sur Média pour afficher le menu Média principal.

!Appuyez sur Dernière source pour afficher la dernière source sélectionnée sur le téléviseur.

!Appuyez sur Source et sélectionnez une nouvelle source d’entrée.
