Appuyez sur le bouton Aspect de la télécommande pour déterminer les dimensions de l’image TV désirées. Les options disponibles varient en fonction de la source d’entrée actuelle.

Si la source d’entrée est HDMI, le mode Panorama n’est pas disponible. Si la source d’entrée est PC, les modes Zoom1, Zoom2 et Panorama ne sont pas disponibles.

Les options du menu Aspect sont :

!Auto affiche automatiquement le rapport d’affichage approprié en fonction du contenu.

!16:9 affiche un téléviseur à écran large dans son format enregistré ou allonge une image d’un rapport 4:3 de façon à ce qu’elle occupe l’écran sans aucune correction de l’aspect central.

!4:3 affiche l’image au format standard du rapport de l’affichage 4:3 au centre du téléviseur avec des barres sombres à gauche et à droite de l’écran ou rétrécit horizontalement des images panoramiques.

!Zoom1 allonge l’image à la verticale. Recommandé pour allonger des films DVD panoramiques afin de réduire ou d’éliminer les lignes foncées horizontales en haut et en bas de l’écran.

!Zoom2 allonge l’image dans le sens vertical et horizontal, et peut couper les parties supérieure, inférieure et latérales de l’image.

!Panorama allonge l’image dans le sens horizontal, si nécessaire, de façon à ce qu’elle occupe tout l’écran et la correction d’aspect est appliquée au centre de l’écran. Approprié pour allonger une image au format standard 4:3 en pleine largeur.

Certaines stations émettent des programmes de définition standard directement au rapport d’affichage 16:9, donc l’image contient des barres latérales foncées incorporées. Pour ce type de signal d’entrée, le mode Panorama n’est pas disponible, et les modes Zoom1 et Zoom2 n’éliminent pas ces barres.

Utilisez l’option Rapport d’affichage du menu Image de l’OSD pour définir l’aspect par défaut. Pour cela, reportez-vous à la section « Utilisation du menu Image » à la page 71.
