●Copies: You can print multiple copies of a job by changing the value in the Copies field.
●Collate: If you choose to print more than one copy of the job, you can choose to collate the copies; otherwise, the printer will print multiple copies of the first page, then multiple copies of the second page, and so on.
●Reverse order: You can choose to print the job in reverse order, which may be convenient if you are stacking the pages
NOTE: You can choose in the Preferences window whether the
●Disable cutter: If the paper is cuttable and the cutter is turned on at the printer’s front panel, you can turn it off here. If the paper is not cuttable or the cutter is turned off at the front panel, you cannot turn it on from HP Designjet SmartStream.
●Restore original position: Restore the original sequence of pages in the job, as they were when you created the job.
●Restore manual position: Restore the last manual sequence of pages in the job, as they were when you last manually reordered them.
●Extract: You can extract a whole job and store it, in the same way that individual pages can be extracted. See Extract pages on page 24.
●Print job: Send the job to the printing queue.
●Remove job: Remove the job from the job preparation pane.
