You can set passwords to provide different levels of protection for your workstation: the Administrator password, the User password and the Power-on password. You set these passwords using the Security menu in the Setup program.

The Administrator can access and change all settings in the Setup program, while the User can only access and modify certain items in the Main menu.

When the Power-on Password option is enabled, you need to enter a password every time you boot the workstation. Either the Administrator or User Password can be used.
