100-Hour Service

1.Perform the 25-hour service.

2.Perform the 50-hour service.

3.Change engine oil.

4.Check whether the engine oil filter needs changing (every 200 hours).

5.Clean/replace the spark plugs.

6.Replace the fuel filter.

7.Clean the cooling fins on the engine and transmission.

8.Check V-belts, pulleys etc.

9.Check tighten caster wheel axle bolts (every 200 hours).

10.Clean and check the need to change the air filter’s paper cartridge (every 200 hours).
