Behandle ThinkPad-maskinen

Dette må du ikke gjøre med din ThinkPad

vIkke utsett maskinen for harde støt, for eksempel ved at du slipper den ned.

vIkke plasser tunge gjenstander oppå maskinen.

vIkke søl eller tøm væske på maskinen.

vIkke bruk maskinen i eller nær vann (for å unngå elektrisk støt).

vIkke legg maskinen i en fullpakket koffert eller veske. LCD-skjermen kan bli ødelagt.

Merk: Hvis du får et slags ripemerke på LCD-skjermen, kan det skyldes at dekselet fikk seg en trykk fra utsiden, slik at tastbordet eller TrackPoint-stikken laget en flekk. Tørk forsiktig bort flekken med en tørr, myk klut. Hvis du ikke får den bort, kan du fukte kluten med et rengjøringsmiddel for LCD-skjerm og prøve å tørke bort flekken igjen. Tørk LCD-skjermen før du lukker den.

vIkke ta fra hverandre maskinen. Det er bare autoriserte IBM ThinkPad-teknikere som skal ta fra hverandre og reparere denne maskinen.

vIkke skrap, vri, slå eller trykk på overflaten til LCD-skjermen.

vIkke legg noe mellom skjermen og tastbordet.

vIkke løft eller hold maskinen etter skjermen. Når du skal løfte opp maskinen, må du ta tak i underdelen av maskinen (tastbordet).

vIkke tukle med eller teip fast låsemekanismen for å holde skjermen åpen eller lukket.
