Garantien IBM gir gjennom disse garantibetingelsene, gjelder bare for Maskiner du kjøper til eget bruk, og ikke for videresalg, fra IBM eller en forhandler. Med “Maskin” menes en IBM-maskin, maskinens tilleggsutstyr, endringer, oppgraderinger, deler eller tilbehør, og alle kombinasjoner av disse.Begrepet “Maskin” omfatter ingen programvare, verken forhåndsinstallert på Maskinen eller installert senere på noen måte.Med mindre IBM oppgir noe annet, gjelder følgende garantier bare i landet der du kjøper maskinen.
