Maintaining

the

TrackPoint

Keyboard

Note:

Because

the

keyboard

is

an

electronic

product,

do

not

get

it

wet,

drop

it,

or

bang

on it.

Cleaning:

To

maintain

smooth

operation,

occasionally

clean

the

keyboard

and

the

TrackPoint

cap

with

a

soft

cloth

moistened

with

water

and

mild

soap.

Replacing

the Cap:

When

the

cap

1

on

the

end

of

the

stick

is

worn

out,

pull

the

cap

straight off

(do

not

twist)

and

replace it

with a

new

one.

Spare

caps are supplied with this

option

package.

Faulty

Pointer

Movement:

Other

equipment

might

cause

electronic

interference

that

hinders

the

operation

of

the

keyboard

pointing

device.

Relocate the equipment or move

your

computer.

the

problem

continues,
