Downmix—You can select:
•LT/ RT—Outputs th e audio from a disc
recorded with multi-channel audio to the left
and right channels.
•Stereo—Outputs the audio from a disc
recorded with multi-channel audio in stereo.
Dolby Digital Setup
•Dynamic—Sets the compression ratio to
control the sound (volume) contrast. The
sound contrast is the difference in volume
between the loud and soft sounds on a disc’s
audio track.

TV Type—You can select:
•NTSC—Displays the TV type. This information
is for display only. You cannot change this
option.
Audio—Selects the audio language for the DVD, if
the DVD was recorded in multiple languages.
Subtitle—Turns subtitles on or off and selects the
DVD subtitle language, if the DVD wa s recorded
with subtitles.
Note
This menu is only available when your TV
is in DVD mode and playback is stopped or
no disc is inserted.
