Chapter 1 — Using the PF8 Printers
Understanding the LED Indicators
When power to the printer to the printer is switched on, the status LED turns green indicating that the printer is ready to accept print commands.
If the printer runs out of media and/or ribbon during printing, the LED glows red. Other status indicators are shown in the table below:
