❑PASS: Bed and all components have passed all of the preceding inspection criteria, and the bed is ready for placement into a client’s home.
❑FAIL: Bed, or any component, has failed any of the preceding inspection criteria. Tag the bed or component with a complete description of the failure(s) and have the bed serviced.
