11 De headset resetten

Indien de headset niet reageert of het lampje niet gaat knipperen nadat de verbinding tot stand is gebracht, moet u de headset wellicht uit- en weer aanzetten.

1.Plaats de headset volledig in het oplaadstation.

2.Steek de AC adapter van de JABRA FreeSpeak 250 in het oplaadstation van de headset.

3.Steek de AC adapter in het stopcontact.

4.Laat de headset ongeveer 3 seconden in het oplaadstation zitten en haal deze er dan weer uit (zie Fig. 1).

5.Haal de AC adapter uit het oplaadstation.

Controleer of de headset zonder autorisatie kan worden verbonden met de telefoon. Daarvoor moet u de instellingen van uw toestel aanpassen.

U moet de volgende menu-opties instellen:

•Menu > Bluetooth > Verbonden apparaten bekijken > uw headset selecteren, drukken op “Opties” > Verzoeken om autorisatie van verbinding? — Neen

Verbeterde functies zijn beschikbaar voor toestellen die het handsfree Bluetooth- profiel ondersteunen, zoals de Nokia 3600, 3650, 6310, 6310i, 8910, 8910i en Siemens S55 en S56. Raadpleeg de handleiding van uw toestel of neem contact op met de fabrikant van het toestel als u niet zeker weet of uw toestel het handsfree Bluetooth-profiel ondersteunt..

U kunt gebruik maken van deze verbeterde functies door de volgende alternatieve verbindingsprocedure uit te voeren.

Verbinden met een Bluetooth-toestel met een handsfree profiel:

1. Schakel de headset uit (zie Headset in- /uitschakelen).

2. Houd plus de volumeknop ingedrukt totdat het blauwe lampje onafgebroken blijft branden (ongeveer 8 seconden), en laat dan de knoppen los (zie Fig. 5).

3.	Laat uw Bluetooth-toestel de headset

4.	Uw toestel zoekt de “JABRA 250” headset
	en vraagt of u daarmee een verbinding
	wilt maken. Bevestig dit door op “ja” of
	“OK” te drukken.
5.	Voer uw wachtwoord of PIN = 0000 (4	Fig. 6
	nullen) in en druk daarna op “ja” of “OK”.

BELANGRIJK: Als de verbinding tot stand is gebracht, zal het blauwe indicatielampje korte tijd snel knipperen en daarna om de 3 seconden oplichten. Als de verbinding is mislukt, blijft het lampje onafgebroken branden en zult u opnieuw moeten proberen een verbinding tot stand te brengen (zie stappen 3-5 hierboven).
