A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile)is a Bluetooth Profile that enables stereo sound. Both the adapter and the device it connects to must support A2DP in order to hear A2DP sound in the headset.
AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile)is a Bluetooth profile that enables remote control of the device that the headset is connected to. Both the headset and the device it connects to must support AVRCP in order for AVRCP to work.
