Next GUIDE Plus+ GOLD will ask if your television is connected to a cable system.

1.Use the up and down arrow keys on your remote to select Yes or No.

2.Press the ENTER button to record your selection.

(If you selected NO, you will automatically move to Step 4. If you selected YES, you will move to Step 3A.)

STEP 3A

GUIDE Plus+ GOLD will then ask if you need a cable box to receive cable broadcasts.

1.Use the up and down arrow keys on your remote to select Yes or No.

2.Press the ENTER button to record your selection.

(If you selected NO, you will automatically move to Step 4. If you selected YES, you will move to Step 3B.)

STEP 3B

The following steps will make sure that GUIDE Plus+ GOLD can interact properly with your cable box.

1.Tune your cable box to channel 02.

2.Using the up and down arrow keys, select your cable box brand from the on-screen list (brand names appear in alphabetical order). Press ENTER to record your selection.
