You can only perform ITR using the REC button on the VCR's front panel.

After you set the time, the previous display reappears.

To check the remaining time, press REC once during record- ing and the remaining time will be displayed for about 5 seconds. Be careful not to press REC again within these 5 seconds, or you will round the recording time up to the next 30 minute increment.

ACCESS ON-SCREEN MENU

Press MENU as many times as necessary to bring up the Main Menu screen.

You can directly program the VCR’s timer to record up to 8 shows, as far as a year in advance. Remember, the clock must be set before you can program the timer (pg. 8 or 9).

Press SET +/– to select a vacant program number, then press SELECT. The first time you do this, all numbers will be vacant, so just press SELECT when the screen appears.
