Thai Chicken Burger

Serves 2
200g chicken breast sliced into two
1 cup (250ml) sweet chilli sauce
¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded
½ medium red chilli, sliced
½ ripe avocado, seed removed and
flesh mashed
¼ bunch coriander leaves
2 slices tasty cheese
2 crusty rolls
1. Preheated Ka mbrook Stainless
Steel Health Grill unti l green ‘READY’
light illuminates.
2. Marin ate chicken breast in sweet c hilli
sauce for 1-4 hours.
3. Mix togeth er lettuce and chil li.
4. Place th e drained chicken on to the
preheated Kambrook Stainl ess Steel
Health Grill. Close th e lid and cook
for 4 minutes or until the chi cken is
cooked through.
5. Slice ro lls open, spread the a vocado
add the lettuce and chi lli mixture,
cooked chicken and cheese s lices.
6. Top with the c oriander.
7. Serve i mmediately.

Aussie Beef Burger

Serves 4
600g beef mince
1 brown onion, finely sliced
1 x 60g egg
½ cup (125g) bread crumbs
½ cup (125g) freshly chopped parsley
and chives
Salt and pepper
4 hamburger buns
¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 ripe tomato, sliced
2 bacon rashers
4 slices cheddar cheese
1. Preheat Kam brook Stainless
Steel Health Grill unti l green ‘READY’
light illuminates.
2. Combi ne mince, onion, egg ,
breadcrumbs and herb s in a bowl to
make the hamburgers. Add s alt and
pepper to taste.
3. Shape 4 h amburger patti es and
place onto the preheated Kambro ok
Stainless Steel Hea lth Grill. Close the
lid and cook for 4-6 mi nutes. Remove
and set aside. Keep warm.
4. Place ba con on the preheated gri ll
for 4 minutes. Remove and set as ide.
Keep warm.
5. Slice t he buns, add the let tuce
and sliced tomato, then the
hamburger patty.
6. Place th e cheese onto the meat pat ty
and then add the cooked baco n.
7. Serve w ith your favourite sauce.
