Before removing debris from dust bin it is a good idea to move the dust bin filter clean- ing lever back and forth several times,

Place dust bin back into vacuum cleaner by insertingthe bot-
tom first and tilting back with the dust bin

Lower the dust bin handle to lock dust bin in )lace.
Rotate dust bin handle to the vertical posi- tion,,
_,noticeable "click" should be heard.
