Check if...

All the doors are not closed completely.

The dispenser display is locked.

Ice is not selected on the dispenser.

The ice dispenser is not used often.

Ice bin is not installed correctly.

New installation.

Ice cubes are stuck in the delivery chute.

The ice dispenser is stalling while dispensing "crushed" ice.

Icemaker power switch in the OFF (O) position, Water supply turned off or not connected,

Then...

Ice will not dispense if any of the refrigerator doors are left open,

Press and hold the Door Alarm button for 3 seconds to unlock the control panel and dispenser,

The dispenser can be set for ice or water. Make certain that the control panel is set for the proper operation. Press the dispenser Ice & Water button on the control panel to cycle through the ice and water options,

Check the ice bin for ice cubes clumping/sticking together, If they are, break up the ice cubes to allow for proper operation.

Be sure to install the ice bin firmly into position, Wait 24 hours after icemaker installation for ice production to begin, Wait 72 hours for full ice production, Use a plastic utensil to clear the delivery chute,

Change the ice button from "crushed" to "cubed".

If cubed ice dispenses correctly, depress the button for "crushed" ice and begin dispensing again,

Move the switch to the ON (I) position,
