Track/File/Disc/Folder Repeat

Replaying the song, disc in the Disc changer or Audio file folder you are listening to.

1Show the Multi-function display

Press the [NEXT] button repeatedly until "Repeat" appears.

Refer to <Notes on Multi-function System> (page 9).

2Turn ON/OFF the Repeat PlayTurn the [VOL] knob to select "Repeat". Press the [VOL] knob.

Each time you press the knob, the Repeat Play alternates between the modes shown in the tables below.

Scan Play

Playing the first part of each song on the disc or Audio file folder you are listening to and searching for the song you want to hear.

1Show the Multi-function display

Press the [NEXT] button repeatedly until "Scan" appears.

Refer to <Notes on Multi-function System> (page 9).

2Start Scan PlayTurn the [VOL] knob to select "Scan". Press the [VOL] knob.

"Scan ON"/"Track Scan ON" is displayed.

3Release the button when the song you want to hear is played

Press the Control knob.

Random Play

Play all the songs on the disc or Audio file folder in random order.

1Show the Multi-function display

Press the [NEXT] button repeatedly until "Random" appears.

Refer to <Notes on Multi-function System> (page 9).

2Turn ON/OFF the Random Play

Turn the [VOL] knob to select "Random". Press the [VOL] knob.

Each time you press the knob, Random Play turns ON or OFF.

When the Random mode is ON, "Random ON" is displayed.

•When you push the Control knob towards [¢], the next random song starts.

Function of disc changer

Magazine Random Play

Play the songs on all the discs in the disc changer in random order.

1Show the Multi-function display

Press the [NEXT] button repeatedly until "M.RDM" appears.

Refer to <Notes on Multi-function System> (page 9).

2Turning ON/OFF the Magazine Random Play Turn the [VOL] knob to select "M.RDM". Press the [VOL] knob.

Each time you press the knob, the Magazine Random Play turns ON or OFF.

When the Magazine Random mode is ON, "Magazine Random ON" is displayed.

•When you push the Control knob towards [¢], the next random song starts.
