Calibration Utility for MICROSOFT WINDOWS
1–48 September 1997 Part No. 1H9659

Calibration Setup — Densitometer

This dialog box allows you to use values from a densitometer text table
to recompute the calibration table.
NOTE: Make sure that your densitometer is calibrated before you try to
calibrate your printer with the densitometer values.
Densitometer
The
Densitometer
radio buttons allow you to specify what type of density
data (
Status A
or
Status T
) your densitometer provides. The Calibration
Utility calculates the table data using the density type that the export
module needs for the current calibration slot.
NOTE: Depending on the export module and settings, one of these
options may not be available. For example,
Status A
is not
available for the
Kodak Digital Science
DCP 9000 Printer.
Test Print — Number of Squares
The
Number of Squares
menu in the
Test Print
box allows you to specify
the number of squares (15 or 38) in your test print.
