stay still for a few seconds after flash fires.

 

 

 

 

Sport

Subjects in motion. Fast shutter speed stops the action.

 

 

 

 

Landscape

Distant subjects. Flash does not fire unless you turn it on. Fixed

 

 

focus is set to infinity.

 

 

 

 

Snow

Bright snow scenes. Exposure compensation is set to +1.0 EV

 

 

to prevent a washed-out, overexposed image.

 

 

 

 

Beach

Bright beach scenes. Exposure compensation is set to +1.0 EV

 

 

to prevent a washed-out, overexposed image.

 

 

 

 

Party

Indoor pictures of people. Prevents red eye.

 

 

 

 

Self-

Close-up of yourself. Assures proper focus and prevents red eye.
