Troubleshooting
Netscape
If you are using Netscape 4 and the Index, Glossary, Search, Print, and
Support buttons do not work:
1. Open Netscape.
2. Go to Edit > Preferences.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Check the following boxes:
Enable Java
Enable Java Plugin
Enable JavaScript
Enable JavaScript for Mail and News
Enable Style Sheets
