PROTECTING IMAGES

Important images can be write-protected to guard them from accidental deleting. Protected images cannot be removed from the image memory card by using the Delete or Clear functions.

CAUTION:

Protected images will be removed when the FORMAT function is used.

Press the main switch to turn the camera on. Slide the record/play switch to

PLAY

• The last-recorded image will appear in the LCD monitor.

Use the + or – button to scroll through the images.

• The + button goes to the next frame. The – button goes to the previous frame.

•Press and hold the button to continually scroll.

•Use the index display to quickly find an image. See pages 51-53.

Press the protect button () when the image to be protected appears on the monitor.

•Press the protect button again to cancel protection of the image.

When trying to delete a protected image, the protect mark ( ) will blink in the data panel.

To cancel the protect function on an image, press the protect button when the image appears during step .
