Krell warrantsthis productto be free from defects in material or workmanshipfor a periodof five yearsfor circuitry andthree years for all mechanicalcomponentsfrom the original date of purchase.Shouldthis productfail to performat anytime during the warranty,Krell®will repair it at no cost to the owner,except as set forth in this warranty. Transfer of warrantyto a second owneroccurs automatically. Please con- tact Krell ®to have the nameon the war- ranty changed.Transfer of warranty does not extendthe duration of the original war- ranty period.

Note

This warranty does not apply to damage causedby acts of Godor nature.

Thewarranty period begins on the date of retail purchaseas notedon the retail sales slip providedby an authorizedKrell®deal- er or distributor, or on the warrantyregis- tration cardsent to Krell®.In the eventthat an adequate proof of purchase date is unavailable, the warrantyperiod will begin on the date the product was originally shipped from the factory. The warranty describedin this paragraphshall be in lieu of anyother warranty, expressor implied; including, but not limited to, any implied warrantyof merchantabilityor fitness for a particular purpose. There are no war- ranties which exceed beyond those describedin this documentIf. this product doesnot perform as warrantedherein, the owner'ssole remedyshall be repair. In no eventwill Krell®beliable for incidental or consequential damagesarising from pur- chase,use, or inability to usethis product, evenif Krell®has beenadvisedof the pos- sibility of suchdamages.

Thewarrantyfor this Krell productis valid only in the country to which the product wasoriginally shipped, through the autho- rized Krell®distributor for that country,and at the factory. Theremaybe restrictions on or changesto Krell's warranty becauseof regulations within a specific country. Please check with your distributor for a completeunderstandingof the warranty in your country.

Freightto the factory is yourresponsibility. Return freight within the United States (U.S.A.) is includedin the warranty.If you have purchasedyour Krell ®product out- side the U.S.A. and wish to have it ser- viced at the factory, all freight andassoci- ated charges to the factory are your responsibility. Krell®will payreturn freight to the U.S.A.-basedfreight forwarder of your choice. Freight andother chargesto ship the productfromthe freight forwarder to youare also yourresponsibility.

The operating voltage of this product is determinedat the factory and can only be changedby an authorizedKrell ®distributor or at the factory. Thevoltagefor this prod- uct in the U.S.A. cannotbe changedfor six monthsfrom the original purchasedate.

Any unauthorized voltage conversion, disassembly, componentreplacement, perforation of chassis, updates, or modifications performedto the product will void the warranty.
