Toreturn a productto Krell®, pleasefol- low this procedureso that wemay serveyoubetter:
1.Obtain a Return Authorization Number
(R/A number) and shipping address fromthe Krell ®ServiceDepartment.
2.Insureandacceptall liability for loss or
damageto the product during shipment to the Krell®factory andprepayall ship- ping charges. Theproduct mayalso be handdelivered if arrangementswith the Service Departmenthavebeen madein advance.Proof of purchasemaybe re- quiredfor warrantyvalidation at the time of handdelivery.
3.Usethe original packagingto insure the safe transit of the productto the factory, dealer, or distributor. Theuse of any packagingmaterialother thanthe original packagingmaterials is not recommend- ed. KrelPmay,at its discretion, return a product in newpackagingandbill the
ownerfor suchpackagingif the product received by Krell ®wasboxedin non- standard packagingor if the original
packaging wasso damagedthat it was unusable.If Krell®determinesthat new packagingis required, the ownerwill be notified beforethe productis returned.

Krell ®is not responsible for any damage incurredin transit. KrelPwill file claimsfor damagesas necessary for products dam- agedin transit to the factory. Theowneris responsiblefor filing claimsfor shippingdam- agesthat occurduring the return shipment.
Replacementparts and/or productswill be furnished on an exchangebasis only; any
parts and/orproductsreturnedto Krell®for ®.

Noexpressedor implied warranty is made for any Krell®productdamagedby accident, abuse,misuse,natural or personaldisaster, or unauthorizedmodification.

In the eventthat Krell receivesa productfor warrantyservice whichhasbeenmodifiedin anywaywithoutKrell®authorization,all war- ranties on that product will be void. The productwill be returnedto original factory layout specifications at the owner'sexpense beforeit is repairedAll. repairsrequiredafter the product has beenreturned to original factory specification will be chargedto the customer,at current parts andlabor rates.
