This menu is used to setup 802.1x protocol related timers and parameters as follows:

Quiet Period - the period during which the port does not try to acquire a supplicant

Tx Period - the period the port waits to retransmit the NEXT EAPOL PDU during an authentication session

Supplicant Timeout - the period of time the switch waits for a supplicant response toan EAP request

Server Timeout - the period of time the switch waits for a server re- sponse to an authentication request

ReAuthMax - the number of authentication attempts that must time-out before authentication fails and the authentication session ends. Reauth Period - the period of time after which the connected radius clients must be re-authenticated

Note: The unit of the timer settings is second.
