Switching on the Microscope
For safety reasons, the power cable
is grounded via the microscope base.
Never use an adapter between the power cable
and the power supply; that would render the
grounding ineffective.
Work Surface
Always use the microscope on a hard, stable surface.
Startup Procedure
1. Attach the power cable to the rear side of
the microscope.
2. Set the illumination to the lowest setting
using the controller on the bottom left of
the stand.
3. Switch on the microscope using the toggle
switch on the rear side of the stand.
