SYSTEM SETTINGS
The system setting options vary based on your heating and/or cooling type.
HEAT −− Thermostat controls heating system. OFF −− Both heating and cooling systems are off. COOL −− Thermostat controls cooling system.
AUTO −− The thermostat switches the system from the heating mode to the cooling mode based on tempera- ture.
EM HEAT −− Heat pump systems only −− Thermostat controls emergency heat and auxiliary heat, if needed. Heat pump compressor is not operational.
