LG’s expressed Duct Free Air Conditioning warranty policy applies only to products sold and installed by qualified air conditioning contractors.
Because products sold via the Internet cannot be assured of a quality installation by a qualified air conditioning contractor, therefore, LG’s expressed warranty may not apply to internet sales.
LG supports and recommends that a qualified air conditioning contractor properly size and install all LG Duct Free Air Conditioning products for optimal performance and long life.
