SelectingRingerTypesforMessages

Toselectaringertypeformessages:

1.Select Menu>Settings>Sounds>Alerts.

2.Select VoicemailAlertsor MessageAlerts. (The list of preprogrammed ringers is displayed.)

3.Use your navigation key to scroll through the available ringers. A sample ringer will sound as you highlight each option.

4.Press to assign the desired ringer.

Selecting a KeyTone

Your phone offers two options for selecting the audible tones accompanying a keypress. (Longer tone lengths may be better for tone recognition when dialing voicemail or other automated systems.)

Toselectakeytone:

1.Select Menu>Settings>Sounds>KeyTones.

2.Select ShortTonesor LongTonesand press .
