|
With Idler Control Switch in the AUTO Position,
Engine Will Not Pick Up Speed When:
The Arc is Struck | The Auxiliary Power Load is Turned ON | |

Power Load Too Small
Try Load Above 150 Watts
Engine Does Not Pick Up Speed
Current sensor may be defective and not closed.
To Check: Short the Lead from
current sensor to P.C. Board to the
Welder Frame.

N0TE: If the engine will not idle up or down under both weld and auxiliary load, check idler circuit wiring. The direction of leads entering the current sensor may be incorrect.
