Removing the grilles and cleaning
the loudspeakers
The grilles can be removed from the AV5140 or AV 5120 loudspeakers if
you do not need the protection they provide, and prefer the appearance
of the loudspeakers without them.
Remove the grille from the AV 5140 or AV 5120 midrange
driver like this
Prise out the rubber trim ring.
Then remove the perforated steel grille.
Finally, replace the trim ring, locating the lugs in the slot around the inside
of the rim.
Clean the loudspeakers like this
Use a soft, damp cloth; this will remove any dirt deposits without
damaging the cabinets.
