Connecting DCP-300 to your Computer

Your DCP-300 is class-compliant. This means you may connect your DCP-300 to your Windows XP, Windows Vista or Mac OS X computer using the provided USB cable and switch the piano on. No additional installation or drivers are required.

With your computer on and all programs/ applications closed, connect one end of the included USB cable to an open USB port on your computer.

Connect the other end of the included USB cable to the USB jack on the front of the DCP-300 Connections Panel.

Make sure DCP-300 is powered on.

That’s it! Now MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) data can be sent between DCP-300 and your computer.
